Oh but Rabbi the McDonald's just looks so good. You're able to control, you don't just have to eat everything that they tell you to eat. You don't have to look at everything that they tell you to look at. And by the way, these don't have to be the days of "ughh if only I could but I can't". These are the days of the greatest pleasure in the whole world. Because those things that you are being drawn after doing that isn't the highest you won't make you happy.
