Let's make some money CHEVRA!!! Ready or not here it comes.... Purim is upon us Chevra! This is the day when the aspect of Ain Ode Milvado (There is nothing but Hashem) is revealed to us in this physical plane. There are 4 mitzvos of Pruim. 1. Megilla (reading/hearing the reading of the Scroll of Ester, once at night & once in morning) 2. The Feast (Drinking, responsibly of course) 3. Giving Gifts (Two different food items, given to two different people - 4 food items total) 4. Tzedakka (Giving charity to everybody, no questions asked) With these last two mitzvots all of the Chevra should be careful to make these gifts as elaborate as reasonably possible. When it comes to giving theddaka to the poor you should be giving whatever is possible for you to give. Just a heads up, it is preferable to make the gifts you give greater in value than al of the tzeddaka you give out during the festive day of Purim. With Hashem's help, all of the Chevra should be ballin' out this Purim in the best way possible to bring the most SIMCHA to all of those around us. Here is to a freilichen Purim for all the Chevra!
