Shalom Chevra, In today's class Rabbi Moshe Chaim clues us in to "chill" culture. In today's world we feel a rush to do things... To do more... to be more... Seemingly it never ends. But we have to learn how to take time for our own wellbeing - in a healthy way - to be able to continue with our best foot forward. Most of the time we end up choosing "alternative measures" to deal with this stress. But... If we want to be our best ourselves and actually rise to the occasion, and not be caught up on our self-imposed limitations, we must learn to deal with the stresses of life in a productive fashion. By learning how to properly deal with stress and tension we will be able to channel our energy, our vitality, our life force, etc. towards the good.... ...towards God. This is the main goal.
